Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We’re a nonprofit and all sales help fund our mission. All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Not covered: wrong size/fit, change of mind, color variations from screen to print, normal wear.
  •  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In your email please include: 

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
  • A short description of the issue

If your return is accepted, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Voluntary donations/tips added at checkout are not refundable. 
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Shipping issues

Packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient addresses or unclaimed deliveries may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with the carrier and neighbors; theft after delivery isn’t covered.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@howlersridge.org.
